Appointments & Cancellations
Booking: To secure your appointment, please book in advance via our website, phone, or in-person. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment price.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure that other appointments are not affected, but the full session price will apply.
Payment & Pricing
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. All treatments must be paid for in full before or immediately after the session.
Pricing: All prices for our services are clearly stated on our website and in our spa menu. We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect appointments already booked.
Health & Safety
Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your treatment so we can provide a safe and customized experience. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate due to health concerns.
Sanitation: We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness to ensure your safety and well-being during your visit.
Personal Belongings
Valuables: We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. While we provide secure lockers, ulveriq cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions.
Promotions: Any promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Liability
While we strive to provide a safe and relaxing environment, ulveriq will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit unless caused by the negligence of our staff.
